Fish roe

Before that we talk about the benefits of eggs. Well it doesn’t stop there. Besides fowl’s eggs, fish eggs astonishingly, do have a high nutritional value too. They are just as delicious as eggs we eat every day for breakfast and can add flavour to a bland lunch.

A little goes a long way when it comes to fish eggs, one of the best natural sources of DHA and EPA. DHA and EPA are types of omega-3 fatty acids and known for their ability to help keep the skin smooth. Fish eggs contain even more omega-3 than the fattiest fish.

Fish eggs may not just be the expensive caviar from sturgeons. They could be from flying fish or my personal favourite, salmon roe. And they are affordable in comparison to caviar. So what are you waiting for? Go to your nearest department store to buy some today.

you can combine those two yummy eggs together for an egg-licious treat

Fish to combat wrinkles

Eat fish especially salmon, as it has a great amount of protein, helps reduce wrinkles by plumping the skin. Not only is salmon along with other cold-water fish a great source of protein. Our skin is made up of billions of individual cells, and those cells work like tiny anti-wrinkle factories to keep us all looking young. The fatty acids in fish help to keep the outside cell membrane in good shape, which benefits us by helping to nourish skin and keep it plump and youthful, helping to reduce wrinkles.
Salmon is important because it has high protein content and we need them to repair our cells. Most women tend to not have protein-adequate diet, and this accelerated skin aging. Plus, salmon contains high amounts of an essential fatty acid classified as omega-3 oil. This essential fatty acid nourishes the skin, giving it a radiant, beautiful, and wrinkle-free appearance.
